Sesshin with Ama Samy

A sesshin, led by Zen Master Ama Samy, offers the Zen Road Association in collaboration with the Swedish Bodhizendo Association, in August 2018. Ama Samy’s teaching is characterized by a questioning attitude and creative mobility. He also expressed this in his writing. His latest book is called ”Zen: The book of life” (2018).

The schedule during the course days consists of approximately six hours of daily meditation, practical work in the household or outdoors, lectures and individual conversations with the sesshin leader (or group discussions) and time for rest and exercise. During sesshin, there is usually strict silence.
