Sesshin with father Ama Samy in Frötuna, Sweden, August 2024

The sesshin in Sweden with Father AMA Samy www.bodhizendo.org will start on Monday, August 12th at 6 pm and end on Saturday, August 17th at noon, 2020. The sesshin is arranged by the Swedish organization Zenvägen www.zenvagen.se You are welcome to take part!
There will be silent meditation at least six hours per day. Also dokusan, short talks with Father AMA, teisho – teaching and samu – practical work. But also time for rest and walks in the beautiful neighbourhood of Frötuna, near Uppsala, www.frotuna.nu where the sesshin will take place. Most of the five days will be spent in silence.
The total fee is 6 900 SEK (620 EUR). For single room, there is an extra fee of 850 SEK (75 EUR). This includes accommodation, but you should bring your own sheets and towels, and also working clothes for the gardening work etc.. It also includes good vegetarian meals three times a day.
